Metro Pacific Investment Corporation (MPIC) purchased stocks of 51 percent from Central Luzon Doctors' Hospital (CLDH) in October 2013. The investment in the 150-bed hospital facility made CLDH the 8th hospital of Metro Pacific Investment Corporation hospital group along with Makati Medical Center, Asian Hospital and Medical Center, Delos Santos Medical Center, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Riverside Medical Center, and Davao Doctor's Hospital.

CLDH is a private 150-bed tertiary-level training hospital-based located alongside Hospital Drive, Barangay San Vicente, Tarlac City, Philippines and is accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) and by the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth). This institution is a proud member of the Private Hospitals Association of the Philippines (PHAP),
the Philippine Hospital Association (PHA), and accredited by the Accreditation of Canada with Gold Certification.
